When I was a noob, I was going to.... make some iron object, when this guy came up to me and asked, "Want 10K?" Shocked, I answered with "Yes," then he told me to follow him a bit north. He didn't take me to the Wilderness, he took me to this room with a bunch of monks in them. at the end of the room, there was a Wine of Zamorak that you could take. He told me to take it, then he will give me the 10k in return.
Anyways, when I took it, all the monks started attacking me! everytime I tried to leave, he closed the door. I was trapped, and then eventually died. After that, I pretty much stopped playing. But I started playing again later.

You were not the only one. Gosh, I felt like such an IDIOT when I fell for the "rob the monks" scam! I left the game for a few days--it just seemed like such a mean-spirited way for someone to play. I don't get what goes on in some people's head that they would do this to n00bs.

I have fell for it but got out before..... Then i was so mad i actually got that person to go north with me and i killed him. HE was a lvl 4 lolz
